lightairlove asked: I love how this blog pays hommage to natural hair, very encouraging! I'll officially reach a year in May but I'm doing a sort of protective style challenge for about a few more months to retain length and keep my fingers out of my hair lol. A few people have told me that I don't need to do protective styles but what is your opinion on them?
