Do you believe texturizers are safe for natural hair? I want to elongate my curl pattern but I still have not been able to achieve that with curly hair products. Thanks ahead of time! :)

Honestly, no. I really try to encourage every natural I meet to embrace their own natural curls/ kinks! Texturizers will chemically alter your hair. So if that’s what you want, then go for it. But understand that it is a chemical, and you should take the necessary measures to protect your hair and scalp.

However, everyone should feel free to manipulate their hair however they want. All I’m saying is texturized your hair because you want a new look, etc., not because you dislike your curl pattern, and want it to look like someone else hair. That’s my opinion on it.
